Review – Manual Juicer ACTUEL – Auchan ( Extracteur de jus manuel ) – User Opinion

This is a quick review for the Manual Juicer ACTUEL from Auchan store ( Extracteur de jus manuel ). You can purchase it at any Auchan store for about 15 euros.

As you can see in the pictures, it looks just like a simplified and cheaper version of the Lexen Healthy Wheatgrass Juicer. Yet it is different in shape and functionality so it can allow you to use it with fruits instead of grass.

It uses some sort of suction cup but that will probably only work on a glass table or similar. On a wood table like mine it will only keep it firm on the table for 30 seconds. Plastics look good, bright red, clean white. Looks really good and does not look cheap. I can’t say if it will last as long as Lexen Healthy Juicer because the quality of plastics may be different.

However, I have used exactly 500 grams of fruits [ 1 orange, 1 lemon, 2 apples ] and I have put it to the test. It was the first time I have used it, right out of the box after washing it thoroughly of course. The juicing process took me about 5 minutes to complete juicing the 500g of fruits because the suction cup does not really work on my wood surface and I had to keep it firm with one hand on the table. You need medium effort to spin it, there were no real difficulties while doing it.

Obviously I had to cut the apples in small pieces and peel the orange and the lemon. Then the juicing process started and took about 5 minutes of spinning. The result is in the first picture from the top.

So from 500g of fruits, it came up with exactly 250 ml of fresh juice, with pulp. There is no real pulp filter so the juice has plenty of pulp. It tastes pretty good though.

CLEANING takes 5 to 10 minutes (if you also dry it – strongly suggesting to do that also) so you have to make at least 500 ml of juice to make it worth your time, in my opinion. However for small amounts of juice it is very good because cleaning an electrical juicer is even more time consuming.

CONCLUSIONS: For the price paid it has a good value. The suction cup does not really work on most surfaces. Juicing is neither fast or slow, decent speed I would say. Pretty easy to clean. Looks good and does not take a lot of space to store it. For citrus only though you can find better options. But if you mix citrus with other fruits or vegetables to create your own juices, go for it!

Cel mai simplu si bun aluat de pizza – usor de facut din putine ingrediente – fara framantare

Am cautat mult combinatia perfecta pana am gasit cel mai simplu si bun aluat de pizza usor de facut din putine ingrediente. Ca sa nu o lungim mult, iata ingredientele pentru o pizza cu diametrul de cca 30 cm:

  • 100 grame faina 650
  • 60 ml apa calduta
  • 5 grame zahar
  • 2 grame drojdie uscata sau 5 grame drojdie normala
  • 2 grame sare (sarea are un rol esential in gustul pe care il va avea blatul atat la paine cat si la pizza – trebuie folosit macar 2% din cantitatea de faina)

Se amesteca faina (nu e nevoie sa fie cernuta) cu sarea si drojdia intr-un bol. Apa se incalzeste 10 secunde la microunde sa fie calduta, se pune zaharul in ea si se ameteca pana se topeste. Apoi se toarna peste faina.

Se ia o lingura de lemn sau de metal si se amesteca vreo 5 minute si il formam sa semene cat de cat cu o bila – o sa iasa un aluat tare si relativ uscat – cel mai bun pentru pizza. Se lasa cam o ora sa dospeasca apoi se mai intoarce de cateva ori cu lingura. Se presara putina faina pe el si se ia in palme – se poate impaturi de cateva ori ca o bucata de plastelina – apoi se intinde in tava unsa cu unt de preferat.

Restul retetei de pizza e dupa gustul fiecaruia. Pofta Buna!

Reteta waffles – gaufre – vafe belgiene

Ingrediente:

  • 2 oua
  • 400 ml lapte integral caldut (daca e de la frigider poate sa provoace intarirea untului lichid)
  • 100 grame unt topit si usor racit (jumatate de pachet) sau 100 ml ulei de rapita sau floarea soarelui
  • 300 grame faina 650 cernuta sau 000 – ies la fel de bune
  • 1 plic praf de copt – se cerne si el peste faina
  • 2 linguri zahar pudra sau mai mult daca vrei sa fie mai dulci – se cerne si el peste faina (merge si zaharul tos)
  • 1 varf de cutit de sare
  • o lingurita esenta de vanilie sau alta aroma – portocale, lamaie etc…

 

Se pune intr-un bol faina, zaharul si praful de copt si se amesteca cu o lingura sa se omogenizeze cat de cat compozitia. In un alt bol se bat ouale (se pot bate separat galbenusurile si adauga albusurile batute spuma ulterior – dar NU batute spuma ca la chec ci mult mai lejer, cat sa incorporeze putin aer) cu putina sare folosind un tel si apoi se toarna deasupra untul topit si laptele mestecand cu telul si in cele din urma se adauga esenta dorita. Omogenizam bine cu telul compozitia si apoi se varsa treptat continutul primului bol, mestecand cu telul. Se amesteca timp de maxim 30-40 secunde cu telul si apoi se lasa compozitia sa stea putin. Chiar daca are mici gogoloase nu este nicio problema, vafele vor iesi aerate cu conditia sa nu se amestece prea intensiv motiv pentru care se foloseste telul si nu mixerul.

Se pune la incins apartul de waffles. Pentru a nu se murdari aparatul recomand sa se foloseasca o bucatica de carpa care se imbiba usor in ulei si sa se stearga usor placile antiaderente inaintea de turnarea compozitiei in aparat, procedura care se repeta dupa fiecare serie coapta si scoasa. Daca suprafata antiaderenta e de calitate nu e nevoie sa mai ungem cu ulei decat daca incep sa se lipeasca waffele de aparat. Dupa ce s-a incins se toarna un polonic in forma si se inchide capacul. Coacerea dureaza intre 2:30 si 3 minute la un aparat bun. Iti dai seama ca s-au copt daca nu mai ies aburi fierbinti.

Cu unt ies mai moi si mai gustoase, iar cu ulei ies mai crocante la suprafata. Sunt crocante insa doar cat sunt calde apoi se inmoaie si ele.
